What we make

Each book is a collection of original short stories, written to teach a language while you read them.

The books use a modified diglot-weave method. Words from the new language are woven into sentences in the language you already read, and the share grows from story to story, progressing toward full immersion.

Spanish is the first language. French, Portuguese, Italian, German, Japanese and Korean are planned.

How it’s made

Fluency Weave is a very small team, and much of the work is done by one person. A person directs the work at each step and reviews all of the content before it is published.

AI is what makes that possible at our size. We built our own agent-driven framework for making the books, and within it Anthropic’s models help build and structure the content.
